BIRTH TO THREE
Provides family-centered services including education, service

CHILD
WELFARE LEAGUE OF AMERICA (CWLA)
A non-partisan, non-profit association
of more than 1,000 agencies and organizations that advocate for more
than two million abused, neglected, abandoned, and otherwise vulnerable
children and their families throughout the United States. Families and
children are served through numerous programs supported by the CWLA. In
addition, the CWLA provides education and training to parents and
professionals and is a resource for publications regarding parenting,
foster care, special needs adoption, and various other topics related to
children.

KATIE
BECKETT PROGRAM
A special eligibility process that
allows certain children with long-term disabilities or complex medical
needs living at home with their families, to access Wisconsin Medicaid
coverage. Eligibility is based on the child’s disability and care
needs rather than the family’s income.
INTERNATIONAL
ADOPTION CLINIC (IAC), University of Minnesota
Dr. Dana Johnson has been involved with
IAC for more that 10 years, and has a son adopted from India. IAC will
review videotapes and referral information for international adoptive
families.

NAIC
(National Adoption Information Clearinghouse)
NAIC was established by Congress in
1987 to provide easily accessible information pertaining to all aspects

NORTH
AMERICAN COUNCIL ON ADOPTABLE CHILDREN (NACAC)

RESPITE
CARE ASSOCIATION OF WISCONSIN
The Respite Care Association of
Wisconsin (RCAW) promotes and supports through education, advocacy and
public awareness, a statewide quality respite and crisis care system.
Activities include: Building public awareness about respite care and
crisis care for all ages; providing access to educational resources on

OF WISCONSIN CIRCUIT COURT FORMS
