CHILD WELFARE LEAGUE OF AMERICA (CWLA)
A non-partisan, non-profit association of more than 1,000 agencies and organizations that advocate for more than two million abused, neglected, abandoned, and otherwise vulnerable children and their families throughout the United States. Families and children are served through numerous programs supported by the CWLA. In addition, the CWLA provides education and training to parents and professionals and is a resource for publications regarding parenting, foster care, special needs adoption, and various other topics related to children.

KATIE BECKETT PROGRAM
A special eligibility process that allows certain children with long-term disabilities or complex medical needs living at home with their families, to access Wisconsin Medicaid coverage. Eligibility is based on the child’s disability and care needs rather than the family’s income.

STATE OF WISCONSIN CIRCUIT COURT FORMS
